Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I use my company’s custom logo and how much extra does that cost?

We do not charge extra for company logos. Simply e-mail us your company logo or send it to us on a CD.

2. Do you have any general logos that can be added to my order and does it cost extra to include them on my order?

We do not charge for our stock logos and have hundreds available.

3. How much does it cost for printing in a color other than black?

We do not charge extra for printing in any of our 6 standard ink colors. These colors are Light Blue, Medium Blue, Red, Green, Brown and Black.  If you would like a custom color, the custom ink charge for the entire order is $20.

4. I have a form that I am using now that I do not see on your website. Can you still print it?

YES! Simply mail us an original copy and our art department can
Duplicate it. We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with all of our orders which means your form provided by us will line-up perfectly with your software program.

5. How much is shipping?

All of our prices include FREE Ground Shipping. We use UPS and Fed-Ex on the majority of our orders. For larger orders, we will use a common carrier like R & L, Old Dominion, etc. If you need your order more quickly, we can ship by UPS Next Day Air or Federal Express Priority Overnight. In those situations, we charge you the difference in shipping rates between the Air charge and the Ground Charge.

6. Do you charge Sales Tax?

Since we are located in Maryland, we only charge Sales Tax for orders shipped to customers in that state.

7. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Stock items will ship the same day the order is received (If ordered by 5:30pm EST). Standard delivery for custom printed orders is 2-3 weeks. If you need something quicker – call us! We will do our best to get you what you need when you need it!

8. How many parts are available for your forms?

We offer up to 6 parts for all of our products. These can be arranged in any paper color sequence that you like! Our standard paper color sequence is White, Yellow, Pink, Gold, Green, & Blue.

9. Can you provide me with the names of some of your companies that use your services?

Yes! Simply call us and we will provide you with Company Names and phone numbers. In addition, we can also mail you samples of printed products that are similar to the ones that you are requesting.

10. What payments types do you offer?

We take checks, Visa, MasterCard, & American Express. We extend credit to companies that meet our credit guidelines.
